Our Mission
At the Sander Strong Foundation, we believe in the power of experiences. We fund bucket list trips for recently diagnosed cancer patients, allowing them to create cherished memories during a challenging time.
Foundation History
Sander was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July of 2023. After a hard fought battle, and a year and half well lived, he passed away January 14, 2025. During this time, he managed to take several bucket list trips including journeys to Ibiza, Paris, Holland, Munich and one final journey to his beloved Zermatt. Sander truly lived life to the fullest. He loved to travel, made friends wherever he went and was always the life of the party. He always chose JOY. What better way to honor his memory than to enable a recently diagnosed cancer patient to take one of their own bucket list trips that they might not otherwise be able to afford?!
Our Purpose
We exist to uplift cancer patients by offering them the chance to embark on unforgettable bucket list trips, helping them create lasting memories with their loved ones.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every cancer patient has the opportunity to experience their dreams, regardless of their circumstances, as a testament to Sander's enduring legacy.
